CyberTech is a veteran-owned managed IT and cybersecurity company in Jacksonville, Florida. We support small offices (law firms, accounting and financial practices, medical and dental offices, churches and nonprofits) with help desk support, computer monitoring and updates, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, email security and, on select plans, managed detection and response. Instead of juggling a part-time IT person and a separate security vendor, you call one number.
What's included in managed IT with CyberTech
Managed IT means we look after your technology every month instead of waiting for it to break. Plans are tiered, so some items depend on the plan you choose. Here's what that covers for a typical Jacksonville office.
Help desk for your whole office
Call, email or open a ticket. Most problems are fixed remotely, often while you're still on the line.
Monitoring and updates
Every computer runs our monitoring agent, so we see failing drives, missed updates and security warnings before they turn into a lost day. Updates go in on a schedule that doesn't interrupt work.
Security that's watched around the clock
MDR on select plansEndpoint protection on every computer. On select plans, managed detection and response (MDR) adds a 24/7 security operations center (SOC), run by our security partner, that watches for threats and escalates real ones to us.
CybersecurityMicrosoft 365 or Google Workspace, handled
New hires, departures, licenses, shared mailboxes and multi-factor authentication.
Microsoft 365 vs. Google WorkspaceEmail that's harder to fake
We set up and maintain SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so it's much harder for criminals to send email pretending to be your business.
Backups and recovery
On select plansYour files and email backed up, with a clear way to get them back when a laptop dies or a file disappears.
Backup & recovery guidePasswords and access
Password manager on select plansClean offboarding when someone leaves, so old accounts don't stay open. A business password manager for your team is available on select plans.
A record of everything you own
A living list of your computers, accounts, licenses and warranties, so nothing gets lost when someone leaves or a renewal comes up.
Always before we start: On-site visits (billed hourly), new hardware and software licenses, projects like office moves or a new network, and new computer setup.
Need more than managed IT? We also handle cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and Azure, networks and Wi-Fi, AI tools for your office and websites. See the full IT Solutions service for the day-to-day detail.

About CyberTechHow our pricing works
Every plan is priced per computer, per month, with remote support included. Plans are tiered, and what's included depends on the plan you choose. On-site visits and projects are quoted before we start. Tell us how many computers you have, and you'll get a written price after one call.
How fast we respond
“Response” means someone is working on your issue, not an automatic reply.
Targets depend on your plan and are written into your agreement. Our standard targets:
| Priority | We start within |
|---|---|
| CriticalNobody can work, or you suspect a breach | 1 business hour |
| HighOne person or one key system is down | 4 business hours |
| NormalSomething's wrong, but there's a workaround | 1 business day |
| LowRequests, changes and questions | 2 business days |
Help desk hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. After-hours emergencies can be handled by arrangement, at an additional rate. Security monitoring is the exception: with our managed detection and response (MDR) service, available on select plans, a 24/7 security operations center (SOC) run by our security partner monitors for threats around the clock and alerts us to anything serious.
Questions Jacksonville offices ask us
Is CyberTech a local Jacksonville IT company?
- Yes. CyberTech (Cyber Technology Solutions LLC) is a veteran-owned managed IT and cybersecurity company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We support small offices across Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties, remotely and on-site, and you reach someone who knows your setup, not a national call center.
What do managed IT services include for a small office?
- With CyberTech, managed IT covers help desk support for your staff, monitoring and updates on every computer, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), and an up-to-date record of your devices and accounts. Our plans are tiered, and backups, managed detection and response and a business password manager are available depending on the plan. We walk you through what your plan covers before you sign anything.
How much does managed IT cost in Jacksonville?
- We price per computer, per month, based on what your office needs. On-site visits, hardware and projects are quoted separately before any work starts. After one call, you get a written price, with no long sales process.
Do you come on-site, or is everything remote?
- Both. Most issues are fixed remotely, usually faster than waiting for a visit. When something needs hands-on work, like new equipment, wiring or an office move, we come to you in Duval County (Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach), St. Johns County (St. Augustine, World Golf Village), Clay County and Nassau County (Fernandina Beach). On-site time is billed hourly and isn't part of the monthly fee, so you only pay for visits you actually need.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
- It depends on how serious it is, and the targets for your plan are written into your agreement. Our standard targets: critical problems, where nobody can work or a breach is possible, get someone working on them within 1 business hour. A person or key system down gets 4 business hours, an issue with a workaround 1 business day, and routine requests 2 business days.
Do you offer support after hours and on weekends?
- Our help desk works Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. After-hours emergencies can be handled by arrangement, at an additional rate. Security monitoring is different: with our managed detection and response (MDR) service, available on select plans, a 24/7 security operations center run by our security partner watches for threats around the clock and escalates real ones to us.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
- Terms are set in writing before you start. You see the agreement, what's included and what's billed separately before you sign anything, so there are no surprises later.
We already have an IT provider and we're not happy. How does switching work?
- We start by documenting what you have: computers, accounts, licenses, backups, and who holds the admin passwords. Then we coordinate the handover with your current provider and put our monitoring in place. You don't have to manage the transition yourself.
Can you help a law firm or medical practice meet compliance requirements?
- Yes, on the technology side. We put in place and document the technical safeguards that HIPAA and attorney confidentiality rules expect: multi-factor authentication, encryption, access controls, backups and logging. We're not your attorney or compliance officer, and we'll tell you when a question belongs to them.
Do you offer IT support in Spanish?
- Yes. We support clients in English and Spanish, by phone, by email and on-site. Just tell us which you prefer when you reach out.
Done chasing three vendors for one answer?
Tell us what's going on with your office's technology. We'll get back to you, set up a short call, and give you a plain-English read on what we'd fix first. Prefer to start small? Ask for the free email & domain check.
Veteran-Owned & Operated- We reply and set a time.
- A short call about your setup.
- A written plan and price.
