Why don't you publish prices?
- Every plan is priced per computer, per month, based on what your office actually runs. After one call you get a written price, with what's included and what's billed separately spelled out. Terms are set in writing before you start, so there are no surprises later.
Which plan do you recommend?
- Complete, for any office that handles sensitive client, patient or financial data. Standard covers most other small offices, and Essential is there when the basics are all you need. If a smaller plan fits better, we'll say so on the call.
Is on-site support included?
- Remote support is included in every plan, and most issues are fixed remotely. When something needs hands-on work, like new equipment, wiring or an office move, we come to you. On-site time is billed hourly and isn't part of the monthly fee, so you only pay for visits you actually need.
Is the 24/7 monitoring part of every plan?
- No. Managed detection and response (MDR), where a 24/7 security operations center run by our security partner watches for threats and escalates real ones to us, is part of Complete. The help desk works Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern on every plan; after-hours emergencies can be handled by arrangement, at an additional rate.
We already have an IT person. Can we still work with you?
- Yes. Besides fully managed IT, we offer co-managed arrangements that support an in-house team, filling gaps in cybersecurity, cloud, network or after-hours coverage without replacing what already works.
What isn't included in the monthly fee?
- On-site visits (billed hourly), new hardware and software licenses, projects like office moves or a new network, and new computer setup. Each one is quoted before any work starts.
