01Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data needed to operate the Site securely.

• Information you submit: when you use our contact form we collect your name, company, work email, team size, message, and any contact preference you provide. Where present, the request also includes campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers so we can understand how you found us.
• Phone number: if you give us a mobile or business phone number — through the Site, by phone, by email, or in person — we collect it so we can respond to you.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
• Performance measurement: the Site uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly our pages load for visitors. When you view a page, your browser sends Vercel the page address, speed and responsiveness measurements for that visit, and your connection type (for example, 4G). We use this only to find and fix slow pages, not for advertising.
• Optional advertising measurement and remarketing: if you allow it, the Site uses Google Ads cookies to understand calls and requests associated with our ads and to show CyberTech ads to people who previously visited the Site, on Google services and partner sites (remarketing). You can continue without it, change your choice at any time using Measurement choices, and manage personalized ads from Google at https://myadcenter.google.com. We do not sell personal information.

02How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request.
• To schedule appointments and follow up about an inquiry or service request you started.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

03How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed:

• Form processing: contact-form submissions are delivered through Formspark, which transmits your message to us by email.
• Hosting and performance measurement: the Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data and the page-performance measurements described above.
• Advertising measurement and remarketing: if you allow it, Google processes technical and advertising data to attribute accepted requests and eligible calls and to include your browser in CyberTech remarketing audiences. When you send a request with measurement allowed, the Site gives Google a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your work email so Google can match the request to an ad click (enhanced conversions); the hash is created in your browser, so Google does not receive your email in readable form. We do not send your name, company, phone, or message in our conversion events. A Google forwarding number may be displayed to measure calls to CyberTech. CyberTech has disabled optional call recording in its Google Ads account; Google’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.
• Legal: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CyberTech, our clients, or others.

04Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

05Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

06Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
