Last updated · July 7, 2026

Cyber Technology Solutions LLC (“CyberTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through cyberitfl.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to the practices described here.

01Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data needed to operate the Site securely.

  • Information you submit: when you use our contact form we collect your name, company, work email, team size, and the message you send.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
  • We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and the Site does not sell personal information.

02How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

03How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed:

  • Form processing: contact-form submissions are delivered through Formspark, which transmits your message to us by email.
  • Hosting: the Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data as described above.
  • Legal: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CyberTech, our clients, or others.

04Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

05Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

06Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
