01Use of the Site

02Services are governed by a separate agreement

The Site describes CyberTech’s services for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, contract, or guarantee of any specific result. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement or statement of work), which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

03Text messaging (SMS) terms

By giving CyberTech your phone number — by opting in through the chat widget on our website, or by providing it when you call, email, or meet with us — you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from us at that number. Our messages are sent from (904) 490-7838.

These are service-related, conversational messages: appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about an inquiry or service request you started. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you can withdraw it at any time.

• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and any scheduled appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

04Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the CyberTech name and marks, and design — are owned by or licensed to Cyber Technology Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted for normal viewing.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

06Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Technology Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Technology Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
